Saturday 8th August

I get up very early and jog to the High School running track. John accompanies me on his bike; it is already 84 degrees at
7.30 am. We only see one other person on foot, the rest are driving. I manage 5K on the track then jog the half mile back to
South Carolina Street. We spend most of the day in the house then another fishing trip (no fish caught).
